Waterfront Estate Designs from Floe in the USA

If you have shallow water you will need an extra long dock plus you can add a new sun deck on the water. The bench chair gives you a front row seat for the latest sunrise or sunset .
This dock has a provision for a jet ski, boats and pontoon. You notice the stair at the back. Fishing off the dock has never been easier. Looks like a new bass hole under that dock too.

This dual canopied boat lift design also has two umbrella accessories for some shade. The design creates a shoreline that did not exist before.
Got a rocky shore, with this design you can add a sun deck that you never could have before. The canopies offer a boat house like feel.
